Business Development Manager

Your responsibilities

  • Creating development plans and forecasting sales targets for specific markets and growth projections

  • Identifying business development opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels

  • Effective stakeholder management and communications, including building long-lasting and effective relationships with existing and new clie

  • Liaising with colleagues to develop sales and marketing strategies and tactics

  • Preparing financial projections and sales targets

  • Attending events such as exhibitions and conferences  in Poland and abroad

  • Readiness to travel abroad

  • Preparing sales presentations and participating in sales meetings

  • Producing reports for management

  • Training business developers and sales colleagues

Our requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B experience of business development, preferably in EV mobility

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and Strong stakeholder management skills

  • Good IT skills (PC, google environment, etc.)

  • Initiative and good decision-making skills

  • Project management skills

  • Strong organizational and time management

  • Strategic and analytical thinking skills

  • Ability to write reports

  • Social media (i.e. LinkedIn) familiarity

  • English language - business level communication


Nice to have:

  • Experience in co-operation with manufacturing companies

  • Familiarity with electrical industry will be a plus
